Creatures of Habit
PSYCH-K® is an interactive process to facilitate change at the subconscious level, where nearly all human behaviour originates. Studies in neuroscience show that at least 95% of our conscience is actually subconscious. This is where our attitudes, values and believes are stored.
Our believes about ourselves and the world form perceptions, from which we develop behaviours. Often the most effective way to change a behaviour is to change the subconscious limiting belief that supports it. Based on years of split-brain-research, PSYCH-K® provides a set of tools to identify and and transform the limiting beliefs into supporting beliefs.
This effective approach approach can help you to consciously and subconsciously re-perceive yourself, your circumstances, and personal potential, which brings a deeper sense of peace and satisfaction, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.


We predominantly use the inner wisdom of the individual seeking change. It is designed to engage and activate the inner resources of the subconscious and superconscious minds. In partnership with a PSYCH-K® facilitator, this approach honours the power and responsibility of the individual in making the changes they seek.
During the process, we use a set of balancing techniques designed to create a balanced identification with both hemispheres of the cerebral cortex, achieving a “whole brain state”, which is ideal for changing the beliefs. Some of the balancing techniques are complemented by other techniques such as use of energy and visualization.
The change process uses muscle testing to get permission before making the change. Permission is requested from both the subconscious and superconscious minds to assure the safety and appropriateness of proceeding with the belief change process.
Via muscle testing, it enables the subconscious mind to choose the balancing technique it prefers. Because it is the subconscious mind that makes the necessary belief changes, it only makes sense to let it choose the right “tool” for the job.
